||Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders, Certified Checks, Company Checks and Personal Checks. Your name must be bank imprinted on the check with the correct address and telephone number. C.O.D. Orders are accepted and confirmed by a fax confirmation only. All payments for C.O.D. orders must be made by cash or certified funds. There is a $5.00 C.O.D. charge plus the cost of shipment for C.O.D. orders.
||Orders, unless previously specified, will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes, only to a physical street address. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air delivery services are available at additional costs. Rates are determined by weight and destination. Please call for price quote. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped by air delivery. Please call for a price quote.
|Foreign and Overseas Orders:
||Minimum $250.00 order. All orders, unless specified, will be shipped via A.I.C. (Air Insurance Cargo). Please call or fax for rate and quotation of order. The Buyer is responsible for customs, duties, etc. at destination of goods. Payment terms include wire transfer, check or IR-LC (Irrevocable Letter of Credit).
||ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Any returns must be authorized by ELECTROMAX INTERNATIONAL. Authorization must be confirmed before returning any product. These are special ordered products and are not subject to cancellations. Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
||All ELECTROMAX INTERNATIONAL products have full warranty coverage. Products are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days after sale to customer. Some of our products carry a full one year warranty and our
Z-force stun-guns carry a life-time warranty.
||It is the responsibility of the Buyer (Not ELECTROMAX INTERNATIONAL) to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws when ordering. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner. Equipment sold is subject to Public Law 90-351, Title III 18 U.S.C., Section 2511.
