World's first miniature USB 34 hour digital audio recorder designed primarily for telephone recording. Simply plug this tiny unit into your single line telephone jack, and let digital state-of-the-art automation take over. When any extension phone on your line is used, the MBR-34 instantly powers up, recording every word with crystal clarity. When the call is over, the unit goes  into a "sleep" mode, using  *no battery power for recording or stand-by function. (see details below on battery power usage) Other digital recorders last only about  17 hours on a set of batteries even if they are not recording.  This is because they are always "listening" for sound to start recording, so they never really turn off, draining battery power at a rapid rate. The MBR-34 will record for about 34 hours or 99 calls (unattended) on a single set of  2 AAA batteries , even if it takes a couple of weeks or more.

Each call will have a time/date stamp and call length. The number of calls recorded will be displayed on the LCD readout as well as total remaining  time and battery meter. You can quickly scan from call to call to find a particular call and see the time/date on the LCD display as you  scroll. The MBR-34 also is a great voice recorder, with microphone sensitivity adjustment and  internal omni directional microphone. Monitoring function allows recordings to be monitored while in progress with the included stereo ear plugs or silent recording mode. The MBR-34 records all conversation from all extensions. Voice Activated PC-Compatible and voice-recognition software compatibility. Other great features include timer recording, backlit display, Time/Date stamp on LCD display, Line activated for no battery drain, voice activation (records only when talk is present).
