This is the military version of the Israeli gas mask, and is the standard issue gas mask to the Israel Defense Forces. It is similar to the civilian version (see left), but provides the following improvements: large triangular eye pieces for much improved vision, voicemeter for better verbal communication ability, an exhalation valve upgrade for easier breathing, and a drinking tube assembly which is compatible wih the IDF canteen (see below).
